Request Management System Fully Operational - Agencies can respond to SMSes sent from Haiti
The Haiti 2010 Sahana Disaster Management Portal now has a functional request management system (RMS). The portal is located at http://haiti.sahanafoundation.org/.
The RMS imports all messages through Ushahidi's 4636 SMS service and "Tweak the Tweet" service. Agencies can them 'claim' each request and update its status as things occur on the ground.
